Every Invoice. Every Detail. Exactly Right.
JetSupport is a fast-growing European business aviation MRO operating under EASA Part-145, with stations at Amsterdam Schiphol, Paris Le Bourget, Munich Oberpfaffenhofen, and Nice. We maintain some of the most demanding business jet programmes in Europe, and we hold ourselves to the same standard — on the maintenance floor and in the back office alike.
At Le Bourget, our Finance Assistant keeps the financial administration of JetSupport France running: supplier invoices, customer invoices, expense claims, and the parts and labour data behind every maintenance event. It is precise, varied work that touches the whole station.
This is a great first or second step in a finance career. If you are accurate, reliable, discreet with numbers, and keen to learn the ropes in an international aviation business, read on — recent graduates are very welcome.
Behind every aircraft we release is a paper trail that has to be exactly right. That’s where you come in.
The Role
As Finance Assistant at LFPB, you support the day-to-day financial administration of JetSupport France SAS, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expense reports, and inventory reconciliation. You make sure supplier invoices, customer invoices, and expense claims are processed accurately, on time, and in line with JetSupport’s procedures and French statutory requirements.
You report to the CFO / Finance Manager and coordinate day to day with the General Manager France and station stakeholders on invoicing, purchasing, and expenses. A key part of the role is verifying work order, labour, and parts data from BlueMRO before it flows into our finance system (Odoo, moving to Exact Online in 2027), so that operational and financial records always match.
You are part of the Finance team that supports JetSupport Europe as a whole — a role where accuracy, confidentiality, and a proactive eye for discrepancies make all the difference.
What You’ll Do
Accounts Payable:
- Process incoming supplier invoices in the finance system: check completeness, accuracy, and correct cost allocation.
- Match purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices; flag and resolve discrepancies with the process owner or supplier.
- Prepare payment schedules and supplier payment runs for approval by the CFO / General Manager France, in line with agreed terms.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve supplier disputes promptly and professionally.
Accounts Receivable & Invoicing:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, based on completed work orders and agreed customer terms.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments by phone and email, in coordination with the CFO / Finance Manager.
- Liaise with Operations and the MCC to confirm invoicing details (scope, parts, labour) from BlueMRO before invoices go out.
- Process customer credit notes and corrections following internal approval procedures.
Expense Reports:
- Review, enter, and post employee expense claims, checking compliance with JetSupport’s expense policy.
- Prepare and coordinate reimbursement of approved claims within agreed timelines.
- Flag non-compliant or unclear submissions to the CFO / General Manager France for guidance.
Inventory & Data Accuracy:
- Verify work order, labour-hour, and parts data in BlueMRO for completeness and accuracy before it flows into the finance system.
- Monitor stock movements, take part in inventory counts, and reconcile physical stock against the records.
- Support AP/AR reconciliations and assist with monthly and annual closing.
- File and archive financial documentation in line with French statutory retention requirements and company policy.
Coordination & Improvement:
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders on invoicing status, payment issues, and process deviations.
- Act as the local point of contact for routine finance queries from station staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Contribute to improving internal financial procedures, and support internal and external audits with the documentation they need.
What You Bring
Essential:
- Bac+2 / MBO+ level in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated competency.
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, both at C1 level or higher (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working.
- Basic knowledge of general accounting principles (AP, AR, bookkeeping, reconciliation).
- Comfortable working with financial and administrative systems, and quick to pick up new software.
- Discreet and reliable in handling confidential financial information, with a proactive eye for discrepancies.
Preferred:
- 0–2 years’ experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative support role — recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with AP/AR, invoicing, or expense administration.
- Experience in an international or multi-entity organisation.
- Familiarity with Odoo, Exact Online, or BlueMRO.
What We Offer
- A strong first step in a finance career, with full training on our systems (Odoo / Exact Online, BlueMRO) and processes.
- Varied work across AP, AR, invoicing, expenses, and inventory — you see the whole financial picture of the station.
- A place in the Finance team that supports JetSupport Europe, with real exposure to an international, multi-entity business.
- Direct access to the CFO and the General Manager France — a short line to the people who make decisions.
- A clear growth path toward a Finance Employee role.
- A competitive salary package; details discussed during the interview process.
- A station at Paris Le Bourget, the home of European business aviation.
