Amsterdam Teamlead Finance

Apply now

Every Entity. Every Number. Under Control.

JetSupport is a fast-growing European business aviation MRO operating under EASA Part-145, with stations at Amsterdam Schiphol (headquarters), Paris Le Bourget, Munich Oberpfaffenhofen, and Nice. We maintain some of the most demanding business jet programmes in Europe, and we hold ourselves to the same standard — on the maintenance floor and in the back office alike.

Our Finance team keeps that standard in the numbers: consolidating three country entities (the Netherlands, France, and Germany) into one reliable picture for the CFO, month after month. As Teamlead Finance, you are the person who makes that happen on the ground — hands-on, in the detail, every day.

This is not a role behind a desk giving instructions. You are the strongest operational pair of hands in the team: on AR and AP when it gets busy, in the numbers for the monthly consolidation, and in the room when the auditor has questions. If you want ownership of the full financial administration without carrying the formal people-management load, read on.

The Role

As Teamlead Finance, you run the day-to-day financial administration of JetSupport Holding, working across accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash and consolidation. You report to the CFO, who remains responsible for the formal leadership, development, and appraisal of the Finance team. In practice, you coordinate the daily workload within the team and are the first point of contact for your colleagues on operational questions.

You are comfortable moving between systems (Exact Online, Odoo, AFAS, Qlik, and BlueMRX) and comfortable moving between tasks — from posting an invoice to preparing a consolidation file to pulling together an audit dossier. You bring structure and reliability to a multi-country operation that is modernising fast.

What You’ll Do

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Manage day-to-day AR, AP, and cash flow, and act as the first backup when colleagues are on leave or out sick.
  • Monitor working capital and flag issues early to the CFO.

Consolidation & Reporting:

  • Support the monthly consolidation of the three country entities (Netherlands, France, Germany).
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management review.

Audit Support:

  • Assemble audit files and supporting documentation for the external auditor.
  • Help coordinate audit timelines and respond to auditor queries.

Payroll Support:

  • Support monthly payroll input in AFAS, working closely with the HCM Manager.

Systems & Process:

  • Work confidently across Exact Online, Odoo, AFAS, Qlik, and BlueMRX.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and support the team’s ongoing AI and automation initiatives.

Team Coordination:

  • Divide daily workload within the team and act as the go-to person for operational questions.
  • Signal bottlenecks or capacity issues to the CFO, who owns people leadership and development.

What You Bring

Essential:

  • At least 3 years of relevant finance experience in an operational role (e.g. Financial/Administrative Coordinator, Senior Finance Employee, or similar).
  • Dutch as a native language and fluent English.
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of AR, AP, reporting, and working capital.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset — you are never too senior for the practical work.
  • Comfortable dividing work and coordinating with colleagues, without needing formal line-management authority.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Exact Online or a comparable ERP system; Odoo, Qlik, and BlueMRX can be learned on the job.
  • Prior exposure to multi-entity consolidation or external audit support.
  • Affinity with process improvement, automation, or AI in finance.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package, in line with CAO Metalektro and discussed during the interview process.
  • Hybrid working after onboarding (max. 1 day/week from home); office at Schiphol-Oost.
  • A front-row seat in a finance transformation — modern systems, AI integration, and growth.
  • A multi-country team environment, with contact across all levels of the organisation.
  • Room to grow your expertise in MRO finance, multi-country administration, and modern finance technology.
