To further expand our Amsterdam team, we are inviting candidates to apply for the full-time position of Maintenance Controller at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, the Netherlands.
As a Maintenance Controller, you are the first point of contact for customer needs that require immediate attention. Whether they are AOG, require a quick overnight inspection, or need MRT support in the field or at one of our stations, you are the one who takes care of those needs while connecting all the dots. That ranges from being the point of contact to work pack preparation, 4M allocation, procurement and shipping — everything needed to ensure maximum aircraft availability for our customers.
You will join our vibrant Maintenance Control Team, which supports both internal and external customers to achieve our mission: delivering the best aircraft availability, maintenance solutions and customer convenience.
Responsibilities
- Set up quotations, work prep, parts ordering and financial project management.
- Control warranty and claims.
- Manage aircraft maintenance projects from intake to release.
- Manage workload to secure a smooth workflow, in budget and on time.
- Ensure aircraft availability and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Dutch and English, both verbally and written.
- Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
- Open to working in shift rotation (no nights).
- Knowledge of EASA and FAA Part-145 / Part-M requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multitask, and flexibility.
- A proactive team worker with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong numerical and commercial skills.
- An analytical mindset, a helicopter view, and the ability to operate under pressure.
