‍

As HR Officer you are the HR point of contact for our employees at Schiphol and Munich Oberpfaffenhofen. You handle the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, run the payroll process for the Netherlands and turn HR data into insight.

You report directly to the Human Capital Manager and work closely with the HR colleague at our Le Bourget station.

‍

What You’ll Do

‍

  • Coordinate recruitment: post vacancies, manage applicants and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, changes and exit administration.
  • Process HR changes and maintain personnel records in AFAS, in line with GDPR.
  • Prepare and process the monthly payroll for the Netherlands (in-house).
  • Deliver monthly payroll input for our Munich Oberpfaffenhofen station to our external payroll provider.
  • Support absence administration and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards in Qlik.
  • Answer employee questions on employment conditions, policies and procedures.

‍

What You Bring

‍

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in HR, Personnel & Organisation or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably including payroll.
  • Experience with AFAS is an advantage; experience with Qlik or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • English at C1 level.
  • Accurate, discreet and comfortable with numbers.
  • A proactive attitude: you spot what needs improving and act on it.

‍

What We Offer

‍

  • A broad HR role in an international aviation organisation.
  • Employment conditions in line with the Metalektro collective labour agreement (CAO).
  • A 7-month contract, with the prospect of a permanent position.
  • Hybrid working: up to 45% from home, the rest at our Schiphol office.
  • A small, close-knit HR team with short lines of communication.

Why work at JetSupport

Purpose and Precision
Every aircraft we maintain represents the combined skill of our team. At JetSupport, you work on complex, high-value aircraft where precision matters and results are visible every day. You will be part of an organisation that values reliability, accountability, and craftsmanship
Growth and Responsibility
We give our people responsibility early on. You will have the space to learn, take initiative, and grow into new roles with the support of colleagues who share their knowledge freely. Training is ongoing, and career development is built into our daily work, not treated as a side project.
Collaboration and Culture
Our strength is teamwork. Engineers, planners, and support staff work side by side to keep aircraft available for our customers. The environment is open, supportive, and focused on solving real challenges together, because success in aviation maintenance is always a team effort.
